Cheryl Walsh is a Cork-based actor with a passion for emotionally complex roles and female-led storytelling. Trained at the 16th Street Actors Studio in Melbourne, she brings an authenticity and emotional range to her work and her performances often explore the inner emotional worlds of women.
Recent stage credits include Macbeth with Cork Shakespearean Company, and A Name for Herself, at the Renaissance Theatre, Melbourne, where she brought the historical figure Eva Gore-Booth to life.
In addition to her acting training, she also holds a B.A. in English and History of Art from University College Dublin, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Adelaide.
